
Do not install IDEAL Text Enlarger on any Verizon smartphone!
Please read this page completely before installing IDEAL Text Enlarger.
If you do, you may need to perform a hard reset on your smartphone. Doing this will will clear all data and settings off the smartphone.
2a. Try turning off "IDEAL Text Enlarger"
receive the following error message when trying to open an application; or,

Press the menu button;
Select "Accessibility;"
Enable Accessibility (if not already enabled);
Enable "Text Enlarger" (if not already enabled);
Return to your home screen;
Open the text enlarger application;
Select "Per App Settings;"
Uncheck the checkbox in front of the application that proved to be incompatible with text enlarger.
From then on, text enlarger will not be used by the incompatible application and the problem should be resolved.
If you run into the situation of not being able to view the list of application displayed as a result of performing steps 8-9 above, it means that your Android smartphone is not compatible with IDEAL Text Enlarger®. In this case you should uninstall the application. To uninstall Text Enlarger, please do the following: Go to Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Scroll down to "Text Enlarger" -> Tap on Text Enlarger -> Uninstall.
2a. Try turning off "IDEAL Text Enlarger"
Hold the "Home" button down until you see the "Settings" icon.
Tap the "Settings" icon;
Select "Accessibility;"
Uncheck (turn off) "Accessibility;"
Press the "OK" button.
Press the "Home" button;
Press the "Menu" button.
Press the "Settings" button;
Select "Applications"
Select "Manage Applications;"
Select "Text Enlarger;"
Press the "Force Stop" button;
Press the "Uninstall" button;
Press the "OK" button;
Press the "OK" button again;
Press the "Home" button;
With the phone turned off, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons on at the same time. You will see multicolor text on the screen with three Androids on skateboards at the bottom of the page. You are going to need to use the following control keys to continue:
Press the "Volume Up" control to move to the previous item;
Use the "Volume Down" control to move to the next item; and,
Use the "Power Button" to select an item.
Use the "Volume Down" control to move down to the Factory Reset selection.
Press the Power button.
Follow the instructions that ultimately appear on the screen. to complete the hard reset.
Once your smartphone reboots completely and you unlock your screen by swiping down, you will be asked a series of questions and presented with a series of steps to follow. Please follow them according to your preferences. There is no charge for this service.
